Maxwell Ejikem is a distinguished corporate executive, Certified Management Consultant (CMC), author and transformational leader with over ten years of experience in strategic leadership, corporate governance, business development and organizational management. As a Director of Repuserve Global Limited, he provides strategic oversight, corporate governance, stakeholder engagement and business development leadership, contributing to the company's vision of delivering innovative Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) solutions with excellence, integrity and sustainability. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Accounting & Education from Imo State University (IMSU), a Master's Degree in Educational Management from the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) and an MBA in Executive Leadership & Management Development from the Integrated Institute of Professional Management, Abuja. His multidisciplinary education equips him with strong expertise in financial management, executive administration, strategic planning and organizational leadership. Maxwell is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), Fellow of Integrated Institute of Professional Management (FIIPM), and a Fellow of Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria (FICA). Beyond Repuserve Global Limited, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Wellcyn Medicals Limited and sits on the boards of several reputable organizations where he contributes to corporate growth, governance and sustainable business development. A two-time recipient of the Global Bizz Award for Excellence in Business Management (California, USA, 2023; Dubai, UAE, 2024), Maxwell is widely recognized for his commitment to excellence, innovation, and ethical leadership. Engr. Kalu Olua

Engr. Kalu Olua is a highly experienced Civil/Structural Engineer and Project Management Professional with over two decades of hands-on expertise in structural engineering, infrastructure development, construction supervision, project planning and technical consulting across Nigeria. With a strong academic background in Civil Engineering and advanced postgraduate studies in Structural Engineering and Environmental Management, he has built a reputation for delivering technically sound, cost-effective and standards-compliant engineering solutions for residential, commercial, institutional, industrial and oil & gas projects. He possesses extensive experience in structural analysis and design, project coordination, tender documentation, construction management, quality assurance, site supervision and stakeholder engagement. His professional approach combines technical competence, leadership ability, strategic planning and practical field experience, enabling him to successfully manage multidisciplinary teams and complex construction projects from conception to completion. Engr Kalu is the lead Engineer for Repuserve Global Limited.

Arc. Emeka Amobi Nnamdi

Arc. Emeka Amobi Nnamdi is a skilled and innovative architect with professional experience in architectural design, building construction, site supervision and sustainable development practices. He holds a B.Sc. (Second Class Upper Division) and an M.Sc. in Architecture from Anambra State University. With practical experience in both public and private sector projects, he has contributed to the design and supervision of notable construction works including healthcare facilities and market infrastructure projects. He served as Site Architect during the construction of the Obubra Camp Market at the NYSC Orientation Camp in Cross River State has also featured on healthcare projects in Imo State. Emeka possesses strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture, ArchiCAD, Google SketchUp, Kerkythea Render and Artlantis Studio, alongside excellent knowledge of construction processes, craft modelling, and project coordination. He is passionate about green architecture and committed to improving the built environment through functional, sustainable and environmentally responsible design solutions. His Core Competencies include: Architectural Design, Site Supervision, Building Construction, Sustainable/Green Architecture, 3D Modelling & Rendering Construction Project Coordination, Craft Modelling, Software Proficiency, AutoCAD Architecture, ArchiCAD, Google SketchUp, Kerkythea Render, Artlantis Studio and Microsoft Office Suit. Architect Emeka Amobi Nnamdi is the lead Architect for Repuserve Global Limited.
